This painting was part of the 25 Days of Minis Christmas series.
The inspiration for today’s painting is Italy. My dad’s family is from Scanno, a town in central Italy that is surrounded by beautiful mountains. We visited relatives and the town was just like the places you see on HGTV and the movies. Italians sitting in the town square sharing stories, cappuccinos, maybe a little vino and really loving life. I think that is what I love so much when I visit Italy. The Italians seem to e more relaxed and enjoy the little things. Across from the street from the town square was a little market with flowers in buckets welcoming you before you enter the store. Bellissimo (means very beautiful).

Farmgirl Flowers (see image above). Fabulous flowers you can purchase online. Christina Stembel is a Rockstar CEO entrepreneur with a great story. She was raised on a farm in Northern Indiana, never attended college, moved around, and landed in San Francisco. She is a self-taught flowergirl; read books, watched YouTube videos, and has built a 170M empire. Her unique signature style is flower arrangements in burlap bags.
