Today’s painting was from a bouquet from my weekly stop in Spearfish, SD.  I loved the colors in this one and I usually will paint them all week long.  It is nice to have flowers in my studio and then bring them down for my dinner centerpiece.  They usually outshine my dinner.
 
It's motivational Sunday.
 
My morning motivation begins with a book called ‘Coffee Self-Talk'. It's a perfect book for me since the closest Starbucks is 70 miles away. Oh, woe is me. lol
I like the way the author guides the reader in a direction that inspires me to meditate on my daily course. Do you have a book or morning ritual? Maybe Irish Coffee? lol.
